What Happens When You Call
We start by listening. You tell us about the rooms, what is on the floor now and what bothers you about it, maybe worn carpet, cracked tile or planks that click underfoot. Then we walk through what fits, such as luxury vinyl plank for a busy kitchen or carpet for bedrooms, and why. If you want to look closer, we set up a time to come to your home and measure.
We have been in business 25+ years, so very little surprises us, but we never assume we know your house before we see it. We are insured while we work in your home, and every installation carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. If a question comes up later, the same phone number reaches us.
A Few Things Worth Jotting Down First
- The list of spaces on your mind, plus rough measurements if a tape measure is handy.
- The flooring you have today, and anything you know about what lies beneath it, like a concrete slab or plywood.
- Floors you have seen and liked at a friend's house or in a store, or styles you already know are not for you.
